Celebrating a major milestone for Electrified’s first apprentice

We’re celebrating a major milestone for Electrified’s first apprentice, Edison Berridge, who has been elected Student President and appointed Student Governor at University Centre Somerset (UCS).

Eddie is currently in the final year of his Level 4 Manufacturing Technician apprenticeship, studying at UCS on the Bridgwater campus while gaining hands-on experience with us at Electrified Motors.

Having an apprentice in the team has been valuable for Electrified as well as Eddie, allowing us to develop talent in a way that’s aligned with the needs and direction of the business.

It’s been a genuine pleasure to support Eddie as he has taken his first steps in his engineering career, and to see him progressing on the academic side by stepping forward to represent the student body at UCS.
