Rupert Lyon Taylor appointed Operations Director

Ru brings over 25 years experience across automotive distribution and fleet technology, including senior leadership roles in private equity-backed businesses.

His background combines operational management, commercial strategy and experience of scaling organisations and supporting major corporate customers.

Prior to Electrified Motors Ru held senior leadership roles at Lightfoot, including Chief Executive Officer and Chief Customer Officer.

Previously he spent 16 years at Guava International as Sales and Marketing Director and COO, overseeing Jaguar Land Rover’s distribution operations across 60 countries.

His appointment strengthens Electrified Motors’ leadership team as the business continues to grow and support customers across global off-highway markets.
